Tepper gestisce Appaloosa il fondo hedge da 21 miliardi con cui ha guadagnato personalmente 3,5 miliardi di dollari nel 2013 e dal minimo del 2009 è stato il migliore hedge fund manager e finora è sempre stato toro.
Oggi ha detto di vendere ed è la prima volta dal 2009 che lo fa.
