il mercato dell'anno nel 2007 può essere quello della terra agricola, fattorie, campi di mais, pampas
Negli ultimi 18 mesi la terra agricola è salita del 18% in America e del 27% in Argentina
Qui abbiamo raccomandato come investimento di lungo un titolo argentino mesi fa e sarebbe bene insistere e cercarne altri perchè l'onda lunga del toro ormai ha passato gli immobili (salvo a londra, new york e in asia), in borsa si scarica sempre di più sui mercati emergenti e marginali (vietnam, ukraina, perù, malesia..) e le small cap, il mercato dell'arte è più alto che nel 2000 e c'era rimasta solo la terra come "asset" ancora da inflazionare

Demand for corn used in ethanol increased the value of crop land 16 percent in Indiana and 35 percent in Idaho in 2006, government figures show.
