Visto che si continua a parlare del brevetto usa, riporto quello che scrivevo nel lontano maggio 2011:

E cosa dice il Best Mode?

E nella domanda sia USA che EU c'è scritto:
"Claim 8. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that in said method catalyze materials are used."
Infatti ora il claim 8 del brevetto USA è stato cancellato, proprio quello che cozzava alla grande con quel riferimento. Peccato che sia tardi. E' carta straccia.
