Su ECW l'utente "Bob" scrive un suo messaggio che ritengo condivisibile.
In pratica lui sospetta che il "Secret Customer" sia lo stessa Darden, che ha fissato anche i paletti e tutti i termini del test.
Bob fa alcune considerazioni tra le quali che:
- il Cliente non avrebbe alcun diritto a porre un tempo limite per il test, ma solo a che il suo nome non venga divulgato. Rossi, per conto suo, potrebbe interrompere il test quando vuole.
- E' Darden che ha fissato questi 350 giorni perché vuole essere assolutamente sicuro che l'Effetto Rossi esista davvero. Se poi il COP è 5 oppure 20 non ha importanza; se poi il MTBF fosse basso, chi se ne frega, sarebbe solo un problema di ingegnerizzazione.
